Mark Wenlock is a chartered surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in property development mainly in Central London, but also Paris and New York. Mark was a development director with Stanhope PLC (1996 -2006) and latterly Chelsfield’s Group Managing Director for Developments (2006 to 2023).

Caroline Connaughton has over 30 years’ experience as managing director of a marketing and advertising business which she founded in 1993. Caroline’s primary responsibility with FLARE is in the acquisition and asset management of residential investment properties, and overall administration of the business.

Hollie Wenlock is a part time member of the FLARE team. Hollie’s responsibilities include the setting up and managing of FLARE’s marketing and social media platforms and assisting in the marketing of the residential properties in its portfolio.
