• the super prime residential development, in Kensington, London incorporating The Design Museum.

In Paris the experience includes the provision of strategic development advice on a portfolio consisting of eight buildings in the Paris central CBD and development management of three prime developments comprising;

120,000 sq. ft office redevelopment on Avenue Montaigne which was let to LVMH

25,000 sq. feet flag ship store redevelopment for Dolce Gabbana,

The refurbishment of a 20,000 sq feet historic building close to the Elysee Palace and let to Air France.

In New York the experience has been derived from establishing a development team and strategy for the repositioning of the iconic 550 Madison Avenue tower in Manhattan designed by Phillip Johnson and formerly known as the AT&T or Sony building.
